Pateau Consultants continues to support Buyin, the JV of Deutsche Telekom and Orange through on-line and face-to-face coaching and cross-cultural training.

Born in 1964. French and Swiss nationalities. Trilingual French, German, English (plus Chinese and Serbo-Croatian). Anne Soto-Mayor has an MBA from INSEAD (Fontainebleau, France). She is a graduate of the National Institute of Oriental Languages (INALCO - Paris) where she majored in Chinese language and civilization ; additionally she has a masters degree in international commerce.

After completing her secondary education in Basle, the German speaking part of Switzerland, Anne Soto-Mayor pursued her studies in Paris. She has been working in different international companies : Yves Rocher (cosmetics), export manager in charge of Yugoslavia, China, India, Vietnam ; Schindler France (elevators and escalators), assistant to the CEO and project manager for customer satisfaction issues ; Petit Bateau (childrens' wear), business unit manager, responsible for Germany, Switzerland and Austria.

These operational and staff positions allowed her to acquire practical competence in various domains such as international development, strategic management, customer satisfaction, management of a business unit abroad and sales force management.

Today, Anne Soto-Mayor is active in consulting and training. Parallel to her free-lance activities, she has joined the Pateau Consultant team. In addition to training groups in teambuilding seminars involving nationals from Switzerland, Germany and France, she is increasingly involved in strategic development and marketing issues within Pateau Consultants.
