Some highlights of the year

Europipe invests in intercultural training
Dsseldorf/Dunkerque, January 1994

In January 1994, Helga Schenzer and Jacques Pateau organized the first intercultural seminar for this company that was created between Mannesmann and Usinor. Beginning with top management and covering a period of more than four years, several hundred managers attended sessions that greatly contributed to bringing co-workers from the two entities closer together.

Franco-German Circle
Paris, April 1994

Aerospatiale chose Jacques Pateau to organize the first country roundtable dedicated to Germany. The aim was to better prepare French teams for transnational cooperation in the context of current and future strategic alliances with Deutsche Aerospace.

Dillinger Htte followed in the steps of Europipe
June 1994

After the initiative of Europipe, created from the merger of Usinor and Mannesmann, the foundaries and steel mills of Dilling decided to implement the Pateau Seminars to improve cooperation with their French peers from Dunkerque (GTS) not only on the executive level but also within the operational units.

A film on European management
November 1994

The German television station WDR asked Jacques Pateau for his expertise as part of the program Europersonnel Management which sought to demonstrate innovative practices in European management. Several scenes were filmed in seminars conducted by Pateau Consultants for the Franco-German company Eurocopter.
