Jacques Pateau's team facilitated a 3-day intercultural teambuilding seminar for a group of 14 managers representing no less than 9 nationalities: German, American, Australian, Brazilian, Chinese, French, Dutch, Italian and Portuguese.

Conference in Finland
Helsinki, February 4, 2005

Intercultural communication is necessary among Scandinavians, too! Jacques Pateau adressed Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and Finnish managers at the Allianz Group, Euler Hermes Nordic's Management Meeting. He passed on his experiences in European cooperation.

Conference in Germany
Baden-Baden, March 4, 2005

Jacques Pateau held a conference in Baden-Baden as part of the meeting of the German association Baden-Badener Unternehmergesprche whose members include executives and directors of the major German corporations. He spoke about the reasons for failure and success in multicultural mergers.

Prague, March 30th, April 1st and 2nd 2005

Jacques Pateau facilitated a 3-day seminar for the chief executives of Trois Suisses International. This year's focus was on Eastern Europe and China.

Toulouse, May 9, 2005

This intercultural training seminar marked a symbolic threshold. 2000 of the prestigious European Aeronautical company's German, English, French and Spanish employees have attended events organized by Pateau Consultants since 1991.

Good winds
Agay, June 2nd and 3rd 2005

Three of Pateau Consultants' experts facilitated a seminar for the Management Team of the Ships and Systems Pole of DCN, a specialist in naval systems. With eighty participants, the seminar focused on the emblematic theme of intercultural communication and international cooperation.

Team Spirit
Tour de France, July 5th, 2005

Cofidis invited Jacques Pateau to the Tour de France to follow the team time-trial between Tours and Blois. Then on July 9th, he was a credit to his regional team while participating in the French cyclosport championship when he came in 20th out of 160 in the veteran category and took the Bronze medal with his team.

Chinese Challenge
Paris, October 4th, 2005

Our China experts Javier Dominguez und Fan XU organised an intercultural training at Alcatel for French managers and expats from Hong Kong. Similar sessions are planned for the next months, in particular a teambuilding session in Shangha in December.

Internationalization process at Finmeccanica
London, October 24th, 2005

During the Seminar From Technologies to Values held in London for High Potential Executives of Finmeccanica companies, Professor Pateau spoke about Macro-economic and cultural scenario: nations & enterprises. The main objective was to trigger the internationalization process at Finmeccanica and to value cultural differences.

Teambuilding in China
Shanghai, December 4-6, 2005

How to better meet customer's expectations und to improve our performance as a virtual team? How to overcome cultural differences for the sake of our common project? During a three-day session Fan Xu and Jacques Pateau coached an international team - 8 Canadians, 8 Chinese managers - of the Alcatel Group in Shangha.
