Some highlights of the year

Storck, Germany, Canada, USA

During the annual offsite of Storck Canada Pateau Consultants ran a two-days workshop for Canadian and US managers of the famous candy producer. A better understanding of the parent company in Germany as well as an exploration of all three country’s cultures provided the team with significant insights into similarities and differences, leading to a rich dialogue and learning outcomes.

In the framework of the Corporate Academy of Sonepar, a distributor of technical equipment and solutions for electricity professionals represented by over 180 companies operating in 35 countries on four continents, Pateau Consultants were asked this year to conduct the Intercultural Module in Sao Paulo and Paris, but also for the first time in Stockholm.
