Some highlights of the year

2021 was sort of hybrid year with an unexpected mix where on-line sessions were run as well as traditional presential seminars. The compromise was all in all pretty effective and it was a very pleasant surprise to realize that the dynamics of the Bridges sessions can be maintained despite the distance.

The module “Intercultural knowledge” we have been running for 15 years now took place this year virtually. Thanks to a very precise and effective preparation of our customers the results of the 9 seminars exceeded our expectations and the objectives of the training reached: mastering cultural differences, fostering co-operation, developing team spirit. Our fear to lose the dynamics and the momentum was fortunately not justified!  

Cross-cultural communication for procurement experts
Bonn, Paris, 2021, April-September

11 years after the creation of Buyin, a procurement joint-venture between Deutsche Telekom and Orange we continue to support Management team and employees of both countries and sites. After a one year break due to the pandemic we restarted the “Bridge” sessions with the same objectives: mastering cultural differences and improving concrete day-to-day collaboration and cooperation spirit. 

On the road again…with Mobivia
Villeneuve d’Ascq-Weiden, May-October 2021

After one and a half year break cross-cultural sessions were run again for Mobivia, Europe’s largest independent automotive maintenance and repair services group. On the agenda: checking the status of co-operation, reinforcing bonding and trust, facilitating and acceleration the cultural integration. These workshops for IT and Supply Chain managers are also meant as a forum to reflect, to share and to concretely prepare the future.
